Dry instant yeast Gloripan is intended for all types of dough making (dough, non-dough, accelerated) in the production of bread and bakery products (long loaves, baguettes, hamburgers, pita bread, ciabatta, panned bread, including rye-wheat varieties, small-piece products) with sugar content from 0 to 7%.
