Angel Dry Instant Cake Yeast is produced by accumulating selected cultures of yeast. They are specially designed for the preparation of national bread products of the countries of Central Asia. Angel Cake Yeast improves the quality of baked goods. Thanks to them, finished products have a rich taste of languishing bread, an elastic and dense crumb, uniform porosity and a thin crust.
They have high enzymatic activity. Designed for all types of dough (dough and non-dough) in the production of various cakes and lavash, as well as bread with a sugar content of 0 - 7%.
Ingredients: fresh active yeast culture Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Application: mix yeast with flour, and then add other ingredients according to the recipe. The optimum fermentation temperature is 35 - 38°C.
Dosage: 0.3% - 1% by weight of flour.
