Dry instant yeast Angel 2 in 1 is produced by accumulating selected yeast culture and adding an improver. Does not contain chemical additives and GMOs. The highly effective dough improver eliminates the need for third-party dough improvers. Yeast slows down the process of hardening. Suitable for all types of dough: sponge, non-dough, accelerated. They are used in the production of bakery products with a sugar content of 0 to 10%: loaves, baguettes, hamburgers, pita bread, ciabatta, pan bread, including rye-wheat varieties.
