Carl Jung Merlot is a semi—dry non-alcoholic red wine from Merlot grapes grown in the south of France. It has a low acidity inherent in this variety, refined tannins and pleasant fruit and berry shades in taste. Low calorie content (22 kCal / 100 ml) makes wine a pleasant addition to a healthy diet. The wine is made by the classical method of fermentation of grapes, after which it is freed from alcohol using vacuum technology at a temperature of + 30 ° C. This approach does not degrade the taste of wine and leaves untouched delicate tannins, flavonoids anthocyanins and trace elements. Thanks to this, non-alcoholic Merlot wine does not differ in taste from alcoholic analogues.
