Carl Jung Chardonnay (BIO) is a dry, non—alcoholic white wine made from Chardonnay grapes. It is characterized by noticeable tones of exotic fruits in taste, harmonious acidity and a long aftertaste. The low calorie content (only 19 per 100 ml) makes this wine a pleasant and healthy drink, it goes well with light snacks and poultry meat dishes. The wine is made by the classical method of fermentation of grapes, after which it is freed from alcohol using vacuum technology at a temperature of + 30 ° C. This approach does not degrade the taste of wine and leaves untouched delicate tannins, flavonoids anthocyanins and trace elements. Thanks to this, non-alcoholic Chardonnay does not differ in taste from alcoholic analogues.
