Composition
normalized pasteurized milk, table salt (anti-tracking agent-potassium ferrocyanide), sealer-calcium chloride, enzyme preparation of animal origin lysozyme (obtained from egg protein), rennet enzyme of animal origin, bacterial starter culture of mesophilic-thermophilic dairy organisms, Annatto dye (water, dye-norbixin). The surface of the cheese is treated with a complex food additive (water, lactose, sodium chloride, natamycin- preservative). The product may contain sodium nitrate within acceptable limits.
