Its exquisite taste is characterized by milky notes, softness, sweetness, as well as slight spiciness, especially in aged specimens. The natural rind gives the cheese a natural feel and a lasting aroma. The thick and elastic texture of the cheese creates a pleasant sensation in every bite. Ripening period: 5 days - 6 months.
