Description
Pollock is a fish of the cod family, common in the northern part of the Pacific Ocean. It is one of the main commercial fish in Russia. The high protein content in caviar not only makes it a product that promotes the recovery of patients, but also gives a charge of vivacity and strength. Caviar is useful for atherosclerosis and diseases of the cardiovascular system, largely due to the fact that it contains polyunsaturated fats. Pollock caviar is considered an excellent prevention of diseases associated with a deficiency of minerals; it is indispensable for disorders of the thyroid gland. Regular consumption of pollock caviar strengthens eyesight, improves immunity and helps to remove toxins from the body.
