Altura (Spanish for "high") is a high-class coffee that has been grown for three centuries on the Cuban plateau in accordance with tradition and undergoes strict control before being exported. Astringent, rich bitter taste with a long aftertaste and a pronounced sweetish aroma are characteristic of Cuba Altura coffee.
