The taste profile is very characteristic of a good robusta, in which the tart bitterness is set off by alcoholized cocoa. A fairly soft, but caffeinated cup (a real morning variety). The aroma is slightly cloying, bread-like, inherent in this type of coffee. Ideal for cooking with milk, cream, condensed milk.
