Description
Ground cardamom of the highest quality has a taste slightly reminiscent of lemon with a clear hint of eucalyptus and camphor. Cardamom is used in oriental cuisine, in a variety of curries, for baking and making hot drinks - coffee, tea, mulled wine.
Due to the high content of essential oils up to 8%, cardamom is very fragrant and economical to use. Fresh ground cardamom has all the properties of whole seeds. It is endowed with antimicrobial activity and analgesic effect, relieves fatigue.
