Serrano ham is an exquisite meat delicacy.

The ham got its name from the breed of pigs from which it is dried: the name Serrano means that the ham is made from a pig with a white hoof.
Serrano is dried in salt in the air for 11 months – only under these conditions does the ham acquire its true taste. On the slice of a well–cooked ham, small white inclusions appear - when dried, tyrosine, or an amino acid, is formed in the meat, which plays a very important role in the enzymatic processes of our body. The more tyrosine in the body, the less unnecessary fats!
