Aged cheese "Freshino" refers to semi-hard varieties with a classic fat content of 45% and is made from normalized milk. It has a dense consistency with sparse eyes or completely homogeneous without a pattern and a uniform creamy yellow color. "Freshino" has a delicate fresh taste and light aroma, reminiscent of traditional German soft cheese for spreading. It melts well and is cut into moderately thin slices due to brittleness at the bend. The product is used in cooking to make pasta, suitable for sandwiches and cheese plates for young white, pink and red wines.
