Description
Imeretian cheese. Weight 0.25-0.3 kg. Cheese-competitor, fighting with Suluguni for superiority. Soft, tender and white, it is ideal, for example, for making khachapuri. It is not fibrous, it has a solid, elastic mass with a bunch of small eyes. It is very nice to put a thick slice on fresh bread. The original, rustic recipe calls for this cheese to be made from raw milk, but since our product is for sale, we use pasteurized.
