The shade of the cheese is yellow, the structure is crumbly. The piquant taste of cheese goes well with many cold and hot dishes. Cheese melts very well. The rich aroma and taste of cheese goes well with bread. The cheese takes a long time to ripen and white crystals are visible on the slice.
The aftertaste ranges from citrus notes with an almond tint to chocolate with nuts.
Maturation takes place in special basements. Delicious cheese can be used as a wonderful snack rich in protein and quite satisfying. Cheese is harmoniously combined with red wines. Natural hard crust.
