Description
Author's cheese based on French cheese – Camembert. Cheese with white mold and ashes of fruit trees. White mold gives a mild mushroom flavor. Ash gives a nutty shade. Inside it is very soft, the taste is creamy, has three degrees of maturity.
The first one is dense curd inside, slightly sour.
The second one is softer, with a floating crust, keeps its shape, the creamy taste is more pronounced.
The third is full maturity, sharper taste and aroma, the whole core of the cheese floats. The aftertaste of a creamy sundae.
It can be consumed fresh, baked, fried.
It is possible to serve baked camembert with honey and jam.
It is combined with light wines. Packed in double-layer French paper.
Altai Camembert cheese took second place in the All-Russian competition "Gastronomic souvenir".
