For the second -CHICKEN WITH BEANS IN A DELICATE SPICY SAUCE
This dish, however, requires preliminary preparation – pickling. But it is quite possible to do it the day before.
Chop two sprigs of parsley and cilantro and two cloves of garlic finely,
add two tablespoons of vegetable oil, juice and zest of one lemon, salt, pepper and
marinate chicken breast fillets in the resulting mixture (or rather, put them in the refrigerator overnight or for a day, depending on when you cook).
Chop the onion and two more cloves of garlic and lightly fry on two tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add four stalks of finely chopped celery and canned red beans in t/C.
Simmer on low heat for a short time, about five minutes.
