For the production of canned food, we use selected sirloin turkey and chicken poultry meat of our own production, prepared according to traditional and simple recipes with the addition of aromatic spices. Turkey, by right, is considered a low-calorie dietary product, easy to digest, practically free of fat and cholesterol, rich in protein and a complex of essential amino acids, contains many B and E vitamins, as well as phosphorus, calcium, zinc and iron. The method of quenching and preservation used retains all the benefits of the product.
