Description
Pickled oyster mushrooms in Korean are a purely male product for special occasions. Oyster mushrooms are biologically similar to honey mushrooms in many ways, but much more delicate and refined, and in this product its delicate taste is perfected by a spicy fragrant marinade. It is served with clean drinks and light beer with a bright hop note. Combine with daikon, carrots, fried potatoes, smoked and fried meat.
