Salted hog bunches can be confidently called a delicacy or a so-called royal snack, especially if they have an Extra variety. This product has useful properties: it is rich in ascorbic acid, thiamine and riboflavin. Raw materials for cooking are collected away from industrially polluted areas: relict forests of Siberia and Altai. Only a part of the mushrooms gets into the batch for sale, there is a careful selection by appearance: by the size of the hats, legs, mechanical damage, etc. Strong and non-wormy specimens are used for salting. Our products are certified, the collected blanks are thoroughly washed, soaked for 2-3 days, then salted by the hot method.
