We prepare our pumpkin urbech only from Russian seeds of the Styrian gymnosperm variety, it is very different from Chinese seeds. A richer taste, emerald color, the oil released from the seed during production has a beautiful burgundy hue and a spicy aroma, and of course, benefits and safety, we never use Chinese raw materials in production.
Pumpkin urbech is very useful. It contains a large amount of zinc, this microelement is necessary for the quality functioning of the immune system and helps restore bone tissue.
Urbech made from pumpkin seeds is useful for diabetics, it helps in the production of insulin and normalizes blood sugar levels. The seeds also contain a substance called cucurbitin, which has a powerful antiparasitic effect. Such urbech is doubly useful for children.
We recommend combining pumpkin urbech with vegetables; it can be spread on a sandwich, added to a side dish, or made into a sauce or salad dressing.
We prepare our urbech using an unusual technology. First, we wash the seed, then soak it for 6-8 hours, this way the seed is activated and phytic acid and other antinutrients are removed. Next, the seed is dried for more than 24 hours at a temperature not exceeding 45 degrees. And at the end, it is carefully ground on stone millstones slowly, without heating, for 12 hours.
The result is an ABSOLUTELY smooth, delicate paste, without grains. Since the product is not heated during the cooking process, this allows you to preserve ALL the beneficial properties, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids.
