Jam is produced from fruit and berry mass, obtained by boiling fruit, berry puree or their mixture with sugar.
Jam is recommended for use as a filling for open and closed pies, sandwiches, pies, shortbread cookies, gingerbread, etc.
Taking into account the wishes of the customer, the consistency of the proposed marmalade can be from soft pasty to dense gelled.
Depending on the area of use, jam is produced with varying degrees of thermal stability (from 170 to 230C).
