We prepare our urbech using an unusual technology. First, we wash the almonds, then soak them for 6-8 hours, this way the nut is activated, phytic acid and other antinutrients are removed, the bitterness goes away, and the nut becomes sweet. Next, the nut is dried for more than 24 hours at a temperature not exceeding 45 degrees. And at the end, the nut is carefully ground on stone millstones slowly, without heating, for 12 hours.
The result is an ABSOLUTELY smooth, delicate paste, without grains. Since the product is not heated during the cooking process, this allows you to preserve ALL the beneficial properties of almonds, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids.
