We prepare our pastas using unusual technology. Organic coconut pulp and freeze-dried mango pieces are carefully ground on stone millstones for 12 hours, slowly, without heating. The result is an ABSOLUTELY smooth, delicate cream, without grains. Since the product is not heated during the cooking process, this allows you to preserve ALL the beneficial properties of the product, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids.
