Dark confectionery glaze 111.01 contains at least 16% cocoa. It is used for glazing rolls, marshmallows, waffle cakes, marmalade products, cookies, cakes and other products. Before use, the glaze must be melted in a water-jacketed container with a maximum water temperature of +55°C. The glaze is ready for use when the contents of the entire container have reached a temperature of approximately +40°C. Products greatly simplifies the process of creating original confectionery. A wide range of various ingredients and components allows each confectioner to create without limiting their imagination and possibilities!
