Buratto black baked with quail egg and pickled cucumber. Buratto is an Italian fresh cheese in the shape of a ball with the end tied at the top. Based on the shape of this well-known product, we have made a meat delicacy. Our buratto is wrapped in black begdarin (a healthy edible product). We put selected quail eggs and small pickled cucumbers (gherkins) in farm chicken fillet, wrap it in begdarin and bake it in a stone oven.
