Description
Breadcrumbs PANKO - crackers with an airy texture, which, when fried, becomes thin, crispy, almost incorporeal.
They are used in the preparation of fish, seafood and vegetables, which are first dipped in a batter of tempura flour, then in Panko breadcrumbs, and fried in a deep frying pan.
These crackers are also used for frying rolls and deep-fried meats. Panko breadcrumbs are used to prepare Tonkatsu (breaded pork cutlet), Sakananofurai (fish cutlets), Ebifurai (shrimp cutlets), Korroke and much more.
