Arabica "Piberry" is a special variety from Brazil of natural processing, where very calm varieties are grown. It has a dense body and a brachy texture. In taste, the nut with cocoa notes has a slightly brighter acidity than the "base" Brazilian coffee. Two grains usually ripen in one berry. They take a semicircular shape to fit inside. However, sometimes it happens that only one grain develops inside the berry. It takes a rounded shape and is called a piberry. There is no scientific explanation for the formation of peaberry, which is why it cannot be output manually. On average, the total volume of this type is about 4-5% of the total volume of coffee. Suitable for various available welding methods.
