Description
The taste of chaga is much better than one would expect from its modest and nondescript "appearance". It has hints of vanilla and nuts, the drink has a delicate and strong aroma, which many people really like. If it seems too earthy and bright, you can soften it a little by adding honey.
But the usual sugar, milk and lemon should not be added to the broth. It is also forbidden to use the mushroom in any form at the same time as alcoholic beverages. Before you start drinking chaga while taking antibiotics or other strong medicines, be sure to get the approval of your doctor.
