Description
Soy texturate, a product of soybean processing. It is an absolutely harmless and safe meat substitute. Due to its high protein content, it is an indispensable component in food production. This product is made from defatted soy flour, differs in dimension.
Soy mince. The smallest size of textures. Dough is prepared from soy flour, which is subsequently cut into pieces of different sizes, speaking of minced meat, the resulting dough is twisted in a meat grinder, giving the product a uniform structure. Thus, a greater yield of the finished semi-finished product is obtained, with a high protein content in it.
Soy goulash. It is used similarly to minced meat, they differ only in size for ease of use and application.
Soy schnitzel. The pieces are flat and larger in diameter.
