Description
Nitrite curing mixture with spices for dry curing of delicacies, with further heat treatment. Smoked-baked, baked, boiled-smoked, smoked-boiled, as well as dry-cured or raw-smoked, with coarse sea salt for uniform salting of large-sized delicacies and preventing a large release of meat juice. Dosage 5kg per 100kg delicacies. We can choose spice flavors individually for you, and we also have a very large variety of European flavors (juniper, pepper, rosemary, etc.), classic Russian ones (coriander, garlic, pepper), as well as oriental types (basturma, fenugreek).
