Description

Pasteurized liquid melange (CHEPFA) Chelyabinsk poultry farm. The product is a homogenized chicken egg without foreign impurities and shells. Egg melange has a yellow-orange color, natural egg taste and smell. Egg melange is produced in accordance with the requirements of GOST 30363-2012. The finished product is poured into aseptic multi-layer packaging, after which an inert gas (nitrogen) is supplied to the bag to remove oxygen residues from the neck of the bag and prevent the development of microorganisms.
