Description
Powder from ground mustard seeds is not only a good seasoning for many dishes, an assistant to health and beauty, but also a washing agent and a defender of the garden from pests. It is put in sauces, gravies, baking dough and marinades, used as part of a batter for fish and meat.
At any time, you can prepare fresh table mustard: grind 50 g of powder in 100 ml of water (40 *), leave in a warm place for 12 hours, then add ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp vegetable oil, ½ tsp vinegar and mix everything thoroughly.
