Description
It is made from Pimiento red peppers, which are harvested in Spain, dried and smoked on oak wood.
Due to this, the spice has a pronounced smoky aroma, rich smoked taste and dark red color. Smoked paprika is used for salads, casseroles, potatoes, meat, fish. It goes especially well with chicken and pork.
