Description
A whole juniper berry from Macedonia with a sharp sweet and sour taste and resinous aroma is used in the preparation of game. It eliminates the excess smell of venison and wild boar. Berry can be added to wood chips to give a special fragrant smoking. Meat with juniper berries becomes softer and acquires an exquisite taste. Add the berry, marinating fish, to minced meat, sauerkraut and vegetable hot dishes. Juniper berries are suitable for making tinctures with strong alcohol.
