Description
Mushroom powder is a great seasoning to enhance the mushroom flavor of soups, sauces and other delicious dishes. Even a small pinch of mushroom powder will add an exquisite mushroom flavor to the dish. Also, mushroom powder is easier to digest than whole mushrooms. A particularly fragrant powder is obtained from porcini mushrooms.
Powder from dried porcini mushrooms does not contain impurities. It contains only high-quality porcini mushrooms collected in the vastness of Siberia. Dried mushrooms, crushed to a fraction of less than 1 mm, is a real mushroom powder.
