Description
Rice vinegar made from unpeeled (brown) rice GENMAI with a pronounced umami taste and a slight delicate sourness. Universal vinegar for a wide variety of dishes and sauces of Oriental and European cuisine. Ideal as a sauce for Chinese gyoza dumplings. To prepare a vinegar drink, combine and mix well 120 ml of water with 15 ml of vinegar and 1 tablespoon (15 g) of honey.
