Mirin perfectly interrupts the pungent smell of fish. To reduce the cost of Mirin Fu, it can be diluted with water in a ratio of 1 to 1.
Marinade for Asian salmon: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (sunflower, olive), 1/2 teaspoon dry ginger, 1/2 lime juice, 3 teaspoons Mirina Takemura, 4 teaspoons Takemura soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon honey. Mix everything. Marinate the salmon pieces for 15-20 minutes. Place the fish on a baking sheet and pour over the remaining marinade. Bake in the oven until done.
