Description
Spelt flour is made from the grain of an ancient variety of wheat – spelt. The plant has been cultivated for centuries both in Central Europe and the Middle East. Externally, such a grain is very similar to wheat, but before milling it has a much harder outer shell. Flour is widely used in cooking and has exceptional qualities.
