Jerky Tuna is made from fillets of the Pacific Bluefin Tuna (Thunnus orientalis), a highly mobile group of marine fish of the Scombridae family. Due to the high mobility of Tuna, different parts of the fillet have different tones of red muscle tissue - from pale pink to dark red. Therefore, it becomes clear that Red Tuna Jerks are produced from the meatiest part of the carcass - from the middle to the head. Our technologists were able to eliminate any additives when preparing “Jerok” and preserved the natural color of the fillet, which helps you appreciate the taste of Tuna from different sides. The product is natural, not compressed - these are whole pieces of fillet, cut into thin strips, slices, pieces. Tuna fillet contains a large amount of useful vitamins: Calcium, Iron, Magnesium and Zinc, which are important for the normal functioning of the human immune system. And thanks to the high concentration of iodine, this fish is useful for reduced thyroid function. Tuna fillet is rich in vitamins A and E, therefore it is considered an effective antioxidant, and it is also a good source of B vitamins.
