Description
Alcoholic yeast "Hmelnye" is a high-quality yeast strain used in the preparation of sugar and grain mash. They provide maximum, fast and high-quality fermentation of sugar, and are able to withstand over 12%.
Like other dry yeast, "Hmelnye" also needs preliminary restoration - dissolving in warm (not hot water) and 10 - 15 minutes of settling.
Instruction:
• 1 bag of yeast (100 gr) is designed for 15-20 liters of water and 5-6 kg of sugar.
• Thoroughly dissolve the sugar in warm water. Dry yeast must be diluted in a separate bowl, filled with water at 25-30 degrees Celsius and adding 2-3 tablespoons of sugar.
• After about an hour pour the yeast into the water. Fermentation should take place at a temperature of 23-28 degrees Celsius.
The fermentation process starts on the 4-5th day and continues for 1-2 days. The minimum order is 100kg.
