In the absence of a child's allergy to milk protein, WHEAT (spelt) porridge on goat's milk can be introduced as the first cereal supplement. If there is no such certainty, dairy-free porridges are introduced first.
The whole grain from which the porridge is made contains natural vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber. Careful production technology allows you to save valuable nutrients.
Whole milk of Alpine goats, which are in free grazing, gives the porridge a natural sweetness, a delicate creamy taste and aroma, promotes long-term saturation.
It is bred easily, quickly and without lumps. The delicate, airy consistency of the finished porridge in the form of "snowdrifts" resembles snow, which lies on the surface with small lush irregularities.
Cooking method:
• Pour 160 ml of boiled drinking water into a clean bowl, after cooling it to a temperature of 50 ° C
• Gradually add 5 tablespoons (about 40 g) of dry porridge, stirring continuously until smooth
• Let stand until the desired consistency is obtained. Check the temperature of the porridge before feeding (about 37 ° C)
Start introducing porridge with 1 teaspoon of the finished product, gradually increasing the portion with the age of the child. The recommended volume of finished porridge in 4-6 months is 150 g, by 8 months - 180 g, by 12 months – 200 g. Do not use leftover porridge for subsequent feeding.
